Can anybody tell me how to tell if my fuel pump is made by AC, Nipon or Bosch?

I need to replace it with an upgraded pump for a little project, so need to know which sort I have now to identify which pump I need to replace it with.

The pump I have now has a part number on it if it helps - F75U 9350 AA

usually only needed in a forced induction situation. and i suspect the ecu might need informing about the upgrade.

Thanx m8 - i thought it would be easy like that, jus wanted to find out which other pump would suit. Apparently FSE have stopped doing an uprated pump for the Mondy.

The cossie pump will come in handy when the turbo is fitted

it might be a bit different to yours cos that a mk1 and with zetec engine.

turboed ST24, i like the sound of that!

Looking at the how to, the pump carrier is the same as the mk2 so no problem there. All I needed to know was what other pumps would fit, so I'm putting in a motorsport pump from the coss which should cope

with what I'm doing (for now anyway

).
Car is off the road for deffinate this saturday for the work to start - plenty of coffee and tabs ready. Mapping planned for 1st week june
