Very nice mate ...must be an animal when on wet roads!

It can be mate, but the electronics soon kick in to keep it on the straight and narrow. There's actually 3 levels of ESP: On, sort of on and off...one does not venture to "off"...lol
Believe it or not, mine is the "base model" C63. So that's no Limited Slip Diff (I sh1t you not) and no ceramic brakes (which I'm glad of lol). Discs on mine are regular big a$$ steels which are cheap as chips from Merc, as are the pads. I could get an LSD fitted but I don't see the point as I don't track it or drive like a nut. In fact, the only options on mine are the 19" rims, rear tints and the split red/black interior...everything else is base, which is still quite a lot of toys lol.
However, being the last of the naturally aspirated V8 AMGs (6.2 Litre), the power is awesome for an NA engine...but the exhaust noise is, as standard, f-ing awesome. Always turns heads. Even in comfort mode and when pottering around town, it has that yank muscle car V8 burble.
I was looking at getting a Mustang, but the way I was treated by Ford with the 220 made me think that it was time to leave Ford. I was annoyed that they shifted the goalposts when the alloys corroded "sorry, that's cosmetics which isn't covered by the Ford Direct warranty" and then the same when the Denso failed "sorry, that's cosmetics".
I have to admit that with the ever so small issues I've flagged up with the C63, Merc have jumped on it and fixed such issues, no arguments and no debates - they just do it. Mind you, I bought the car from a Merc owned dealership and always take it back to them for servicing aka Mercedes Benz Retail. Might be a different story with the franchises.
