The veins on your turbo are prob clogged with carbon,if u remove the actuator arm and it doesn't move freely then it needs cleaning with some Mr muscle
Just read on a earlier post u had a new turbo so it's not the veins, did u have a new actuator as these can start to fail if they are the electronic type.

Lol I really should read things properly!! In that case culprits could be,
Fuel filter
Dirty Maf sensor.
Turbo viens clogged
Turbo actuator faulty Euro 4 version
Split in egr hose
Fuel pump
Injectors
1st 4 are easy \ cheap fixes
Last are 2 expensive

Just out of interest, I use the OBD Check Torque App on my phone with a bluetooth reader that plugs into the car. As I get no codes when I scan it when my fault occurs, would this app identify any faults?
I'm wondering if a more traditional code reader might be more suited.
The OBD app does pick up all the codes when I've blanked the EGR so I'm confident using it, but it seems odd that when the coil light comes on, I get no codes.
