At first I thought it was a bit of a tatty place that had suffered through lack of financial investment, but after a closer look I'd say it was 'quaint' and certainly different (in a good way) to the big modern dealerships. Very traditional etc. I liked it!

You'll be thinking of Archers of Ashby. Motors bought them out and holds the premises at Ashby. Bought my ST from Archers. They always seemed to get the best if the high end Ford direct stuff. My txs has been serviced by Motors since day one (about 12 times in 4 years!!!!!)
That's the place, lol

Haha, tell your Dad I'm VERY pleased he didn't!! Lol. I only found it by chance, also on Christmas Day ironically. Was looking for a Mokka for my Mum and it popped up. The second I saw it I knew I had to buy it (don't tell the Mrs..) and made me realise how much I missed my first one.

I've never seen one with every option either, especially in Ink Blue. So chuffed with it! Totally in love!!! :-D

I'm up for waiting. My wife won't let me have another car for ever anyway. I'll probs not be looking till mine has done a ton. I'm on 70,000 at the moment average 10,000 a year so maybe another 3 years time? What will ure mileage be by then approx do you recon? I much prefer the mk 4.5 model to the 5.

I have to say I do fancy the Mk5 hatchback in Deep Impact Blue with the 19s and full bodykit etc and the 210PS auto diesel. But the Mk4.5 is still a great looking car, especially in TXS trim. So rare!

As for mine it's on about 55K now (12 reg) but my commuting distance has just halved (literally yesterday - house move - chaos...) so hard to say really!

That's a great spec captain. You have adaptive cruise and rear blinds extra compared to my ecoboost tit x sport.
I had the diesel tit x sport for a year but did find its fuel economy poor. Never got regular 40's. Effing good cars tho and personally speaking nicer than the mk5.
Happy motoring pal.
