Finished fitted it today and touch wood all ok so far. Its 600x300x76 with 3 inch in and out. total length 790, a very big squeeze to fit. had the standard ford metal pipes extended and angled with some stainless 2 inch so the silicone pipes all joined upnicely. And to keep the thing hidden i sprayed it matt black. It is sitting lower than most other peoples i've seen so got the maximum amount in line with the lower grille. Spoke to AMD and he gonna map it again next month.

I paid £20 for mine from a mate. He had it fitted to his scooby. I've noticed it's a lot smoother to drive and the car sounds totally different. All I need now is a map

There seems to be more induction noise than before. It's hard to describe

It's worth the money cause it's only cost me about £50. I'm going to take the some drawings and dimensions off all the boost pipes and make my own pipe kit. I thought about getting a forge kit but I would have to modify it anyway to fit the intercooler

:o Good luck with that one. Theres some pretty darn funny shaped ones and not to mention the corrugated one. Best of luck though....hope you manage it as Forge ones are a bit pricey. It's a shame I have to lay under the car to see most of mine :D

Intercooler/pipes have definately shown an improvement in lower revs. Can actually go into a town in 4th now without it near stalling. Revs are much quicker and smoother. Not noticed any difference in noise though.

Hopefully get the decat fitted this weekend.

Have found my long lost love of working on cars again.....great craic!

The pipe work doesn't have to be the exact same as whats there now aslong as it all connects to the rite points

I initially thought it was a bit laggy but ecu seems to have learnt. Engine noise in cockpit is deeper now for some reason?. And it seems smoother all round , and not laggy either. Map again next month

The lag isn't that bad. Maybe it will get better once I've put some more miles on it. If not a map will sort that out. Another thing I couldn't get the front part of my air intake back on. If you notice in my pic you can see it to the right hand side. I've had to leave it like that for now untill I modify it slightly
