i think they just allow you to adjust your camber back if you lower the car drasticly, a mate has somethig similar on his type r civic he has coilovers at the lowest point he has camber adjustment bolts to get the camber back to standard so it does'nt cut the tyres out ( the back tyres were cut to the canvass on the inside in under 3000 miles before).
