Hi there. I'v got a OBD test fault P0406 (high spindle voltage). Anyone have any idea on cure, my idea is just a good clean of EGR valve and manifold. Cheers mark

A sensor is showing an EGR fault. Don't take too much notice of the actual fault reported because an EGR that isn't operating right can trigger several different codes. It's very common.

A clean may cure it but often you end up having to replace it. It may not be the valve flap itself but the enclosed cogs that have gummed up or corroded.

If you are up to it, it's worth a good clean out first.
