Username Post: Light Grey Leather? Any problems?        (Topic#23071)

Am soon to get my ST220 and am debating getting a performance blue model with the light grey leather. Ideally I would like the black leather but a car has come up for sale with everything I would like but had light grey leather.

I have never seen this leather apart from on photos on the net! Does anyone have problems with this style? Do they get marked easily etc?

Any thoughts on this?

Thanks

If you mean 'Light Flint' then that is the colour of my leather. No problems at all with it. You need to treat it and clean it as you would any other leather product. I presume you are going to keep it clean??

Hi

Sounds good. Leather in any colour is quite a durable material.

I find the black leather in mine is a little severe on the eye.

They dont get marked that badly, however, treat them EVERY 4 weeks with saddle soap (from equestrian places) to keep it in good nick. Signs of wear can be treated by an upholstery specialist to keep it in good order...
