Every forum needs rules to keep the site running smoothly, please read our rules fully before making a post, users who violate these rules risk being banned permanently.
Rule Book:
BANS:
We reserve the right to ban anyone indefinitely at any time from accessing the
site. We would only do this under extreme circumstances, and after the
"Three strikes and your out" policy. What this means is that if we
feel you are abusing the rules on the site to an extent that is making other
members unhappy, then we will issue you a warning via a Private Topic message.
If you succeed in getting three of these warning messages, then you will be
banned. We are here to keep the whole site running smoothly for all to enjoy.
Upon the first warning, no other action will be taken. Upon the second warning,
you will receieve a 48-hour cooling off period, where you will have your
posting privilages taken away. If you receive a third warning, you will be
banned.
REGISTRATIONS:
Users must register a valid email address to enter the site, this address will
not be used for any purpose other then to send you your password, and to keep
you updated with developments of the site.
CAPITALS AND CROSS-POSTING:
Please do not post in CAPITALS as it indicates shouting and makes posts harder
to read. Do not post the same thread in multiple forums, if you have posted in
the wrong forum by mistake and it is too late to delete your post then use the
"Notify Moderator" button at the bottom of the post and we will move
it to the correct forum.
SPEEDING / STREET RACING:
Posts regarding the maximum speed you have had or encouraging speeding or
dangerous driving will be deleted or locked.
TECHNICAL CD'S AND RADIO CODES:
Microcat and TIS are Copyright of Ford Motor Corporation. They are not supposed
to be in the public domain and as such they are banned from these forums. Any
member posting about copying or distribution of either of these CD's will be
instantly banned. KeyCode radio codes should be obtained from Ford - please do
not start threads asking where they can be obtained from.
CENSORSHIP:
Our forum runs an automatic censor, which replaces some words with [beep].
Trying to get around this by misspelling or adding characters to a word will
result in your post being deleted and repeated offences will result in a ban.
If you feel a word has been wrongly censored then send a PRIVATE TOPIC to an
Admin who will evaluate the problem.
NEW MEMBERS WELCOME AREA:
This forum is for introductions only; questions must be posted in the relevant
forum.
ADVERTISING:
No Advertising of other clubs/forums/businesses/websites, without prior consent
from Monkeyra and solely at the discretion of Monkeyra. This includes Avatars
or links in signatures.
Advertising of such without prior consent will earn a warning; three warnings
and you are banned, as stated in the BANS section above.
SECURITY:
Please remember this is not a private forum, there will be times when members
ask for help regarding disabling the immobiliser/alarm system. Generally these
posts should be ignored, under no-circumstances should a user post specific
instructions regarding how to bypass alarms, immobilisers or locks including
the factory fit units. Users who need such information for legitimate reasons
should send a private message to an admin or moderator.
For the same reasons please be careful if posting about a break in or attempted
theft - detailed info on "what the thief did" can easily be copied.
AVATARS / PICTURES / SIGNATURES
Putting an image in your signature is
forbidden; they destroy the layout of our forums, cause clutter and slow down
the site as a whole. All avatars must be clean (i.e., non pornographic).
Signature files can be up to 500 characters but may not contain pictures.
PERSONAL ARGUMENTS / COMMENTS:
There will be times when another member doesn't agree with you - there is
nothing wrong with an open discussion but keep to the subject! When it turns
personal, slating others openly on a forum can easily get out of hand, if you
have a problem with another member then either email them or PRIVATE TOPIC them
direct. If you find a post that is a personal attack on yourself then use the
"Alert Moderator" button (at the bottom of each post) to tell us - do
not reply to it. If any member starts threatening other members, be prepared
for an official warning, as part of the three strikes policy.
In the same way please don't tell us all the details about your life, whilst
they are interesting to you, others may not share your enthusiasm.
This is not a matchmaking site. Keep it off the forums!
ADMINISTRATORS / MODERATORS:
Are here to protect the site and ensure it runs properly, there may be times
when a post is removed or locked if we feel it has deteriorated or can go no
further. Under our rules any such post will be moved to a private forum and
discussed between the admins/mods - we will then tell the original poster why
the post has been removed or restore it if we feel it can continue without problem.
Whilst it may be frustrating not knowing where your post has gone, please do
not start another thread asking were it has gone - be patient or send a PRIVATE
TOPIC to a moderator.
POST NOTCHING:
Posting with the sole intention to "up your post count" is not only
stupid but also recorded. Users found to be doing this will have their post
count zeroed.
RACISM/HOMOPHOBISM:
Racism/Homophobism in any form will not be tolerated, and will result in an instant warning.
If your beliefs are likely to upset or offend others, then keep them to yourself.

Service, for any reason, without notice.
